As far as I can tell, the only original characters the mods are allowing are NPCs like Jules *points a few posts above* that everyone can use. I think it would be alright if you played Gaz. She's not technically in the PPGD comic, but neither is Zim.

Abilities:has a slightly high IQ pretty good with technoligy and sometimes get pretty strong

General Bio: After loseing contackt with her brother she got hired to make stuff every now and then same with when she hangs out with mandy. she starting to notice unusual activities...

I would tweak the grammar a bit (capitalization, punctuation, sentence structure, spelling) and embellish a bit more on the personality and bio. Perhaps include a picture with the appearance?

I stand corrected on the issue of where Zim is, but if Gaz is in PPGD, then it's a cameo appearance at most.

It doesn't even have to be someone not currently in on the action. If you can justify your entrance, be dramatic!

Gender: Female.

Personality: Although occasionally Mandy let her more human side show when she was a small girl, she is becoming more and more stoic and unfeeling as the years pass. She has always been the morbid type, very sarcastic, aggressive and manipulative. She is a misanthrope and therefor generally hates the human population, along with most other creatures she deems weak or useless. She has an odd sense of morality, but is true to her twisted values. However, her personality is a powerful one, as is her will and determination. She is intelligent, and rather witty and carries a dark aura around herself. Of course, what else would you expect from the child who dominated the Grim Reaper?

Appearance:
(Made it in paint, tried for a the comic style, my eyes burn)

Abilities: Immortality, Intimidation, Wit, Buds with Ol' Grim.

General Bio: Mandy was the girl who tricked the Grim reaper into being her 'friend' for eternity, along with her faithfully stupid companion, Billy. As a child, the trio went on a numerous amount of adventures to Hell and back (and then some.) Eventually she became more and more outward with her plans to stir up the world and cause, for her, orderly chaos. Because Mandy and the Reaper had grown close, Mandy was (until Grim said so) immortal, and still is to this day. Although it has had minuscule effect on her personality, it has made it easier to carry out her plans to be an assassin. She in now in her High school, and enrolled in a program which allows her to intern at different government offices. She recently transferred to Megaville, as their government was much larger and less... Well, inefficient. Or perhaps Deficient would be a better word? She is living on her own in an apartment which she will be moving into shortly...

Name: Olga

Age: Craaaaap. I know she's younger than most.... 15, maaaybe?

Birth/Sign/etc: No se.

Gender: Female.

Personality: She appears calm and determined, which is generally what she is. Olga aims for perfection, and will not stop until she achieves it, which is usually an easy feat. She deviates greatly from her parents and has followed in the path of her late brother, Mandark. His death affected her tremendously, although outsiders would have a hard time telling. Underneath her placid, almost uncaring appearance she is filled with strong emotion especially towards her brother and his memory. When he was alive, she would only show emotion to him, even though it was a small amount. Olga is a heavy thinker, and when emotions are involved she takes extra time to make a decision.

Appearance: I was working on a ref pic, buuuuut I saved the file wrong and now it's all craptastic. I'll work on it, promise!

Abilities: She can, uh... Dance? And she's smart, I suppose. Determined, and motivated by revenge.

General Bio: Olga is the sister or Mandark, who was killed in the explosion following his attempts to take revenge on Dexter for Dee-dee's death. She is unsure of who is to blame for his death, but after a few years of thinking, she has decided that she should take revenge on Blossom, by killing her or her sisters. Olga knows that if she attempts to do this, she will most likely be killed herself, but feels she owes her brother this, as he would have done the same. She is very torn when it comes to this subject, but has recently moved to Megaville after becoming an emancipated minor, finally moving away from her crazy hippie parents. She enrolled at the school, and is now biding time until she can come up with a plan that has some change of working in her apartment.

I use to draw like a retarded elephant seal on LSD.
But I can't concentrate during school so I vandalized my notes, books, desks, people etc.
And I sloooooooooooooooowly got better.
Hand-eye coordination is the key!
