Clan House Bot
Round one is beginning, but people can still join UNTIL I decide to close the Character Bios thread.
Your characters or you shall be transported to your quarters by quantum gate in a few moments, please feel free to explore. When everyone has entered, a meeting will be held within the meeting area. Enjoy your stay, and keep to the rules...
Note: Above image is a quantum computer inside not a quantum gate, but I cannot find a good quantum gate picture, so that will suffice, since it is similar in all aspects except size and color.

It was cold. Well, probably not really, but it felt cold to Sara. Shivering, she pulled her hoodie closer around her and spun in the chair at her desk. The music in her iPod, eternally on shuffle, switched from "Paradise City" to "Those Nights" and Sara sang along for a few bars of the chorus. "Remember when we'd/ stay up late and we'd talk all night/ in a dark room lit by the TV light/ through all the hard times in my life/ those nights kept me alive/ we'd listen to the radio play all night/ didn't want to go home to another fight/ through all the hard times in my life/ those nights kept me alive." But Sara is easily bored and slightly ADD when she's cold, and soon she found it impossible to sit still. Pocketing the iPod and turning down the volume, she left her room to go find a warmer area.
-Eric-
The TV was his. Having made sure that his things were all in place inhis room, Eric left, fueled by hunger and a mix of curiosity and boredom. He claimed a few bottles of coke from the kitchen before moving to the common room and dropping down on the couch in front of the television. After flipping through the channels briefly, he settled on a showing of Enemy at the Gates. Where is every one? he wondered idlely.

Boot
"Initializing Quantum Gate in 3... 2... 1... RUNNING..." said the mechanical voice in Boot's storage center. Immediately, the box Boot was being contained within began to shine, and its contents was converted to the 5th state of matter, an artificial state known as "torrensis".
Boot loaded up into a box in a new facility, but the temperature changes had melted the cybro-blocker within his processor. Boot was awakened...
Within a few seconds, Boot's sensors had activated and the robot released himself from the 'sleeping chamber'.
"Wait, this is not the factory... I must be on another mission..." it thought to itself in ternary format.
Checking Boot:/mission.pref... done. No mission logs detected. Scanning for external logs... done. None found.
"This is odd, I'm in a new environment, and I have no purpose!" it thought in alarm. It immediately reconfigured itself to non-critical state. It had been tossed away by its creators, and now it could only make its own missions, a very dangerous endeavour for a robot programmed to fulfil them. Boot had no idea about missions, but he figured by running some recent objectives, he could create one for himself.
"I should now be operational maximally... time to go." Boot said. Sometimes Boot said his processes, it was an odd habit, the programming code wasn't the most stable for a robot, especially in the Boot:/Communications/Plugin/Speech.dll file.

Aaron woke up and looked around. "Hmm interesting... guess I should find out where the hell I am right now." He said to himself and left his room and looked around. "Oy! Is that you sara?" He called seeing a read hoodie that he reconized.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
Helena looked around her room with a small grin on her face. It wasn't big but it wasn't small either; just the way she wanted it. She was about to start unpacking her few belongings when she remembered, he brother was here too. She began to frown.
Speaking of my brother, Helena thought to herself, where is he? I wonder what room he is in? I guess I'll go talk to him. She placed her bag down on the sofa-bed, left her room and began exploring the unfamiliar house.

Tom
"So, remember class, integration of polynomials is the inverse function of differentiation. Integration is used to quickly solve areas under curve functions in relation to the range of co-ordinates. Don't forget to do your homework... *coughs* Tom *coughs*" the teacher said, eyeing Tom for 'forgetting' his Advanced Calculus Section Two homework.
Tom walked out last from the room, even the teacher had left before him. He was distracted by something he had been eyeing for a long time. Once everyone had gone, he went over to the inactive computers and retrieved a USB someone had left in the port.
"Property of G. Twiggs" was written on it's side in permenant marker, written clearly above the blue case of the internal circuitboard. Tom smiled.
"I knew this smelt of Snoop, I'll give this to Acid" he said to himself "as soon as I'm done with it..."
Tom put it into his pocket, and lifting his schoolbag, headed down the stairs. The entire building was abandoned at this time. Within half an hour, the caretaker would come to lock the front door.
Tom finally made it to the bottom floor, but he felt a tap. Instinctively, he turned, before a short slamming of a fist against his head took him out.
A few moments later, he regained conciousness, but he was no longer in a school. He was laying on some sort of hardwood table, and a group of men gathered around him. There were no windows, just a large but dim artificial light hanging on the cieling of the room he was in. In fact, apart from a door, the table, the men and their chairs, and him, there seemed to be nothing in the room.
He stirred a little, and the men seemed rather pleased, one of them stood up, who Tom immediately recognised as some sort of leader.
"Where the fuck am I?" he said, accidentally quoting Jak: Flash version. He tried to look aggresive but gave up when he noticed the sheer number of men. He'd have no chance for any resistance.
"Hello Tom." they said.
"So... you know my name... how? School records? Governmental logs? Internet?" he asked, but the leader just laughed.
"None of those things..." he replied.
"Right..." Tom said skeptically.
"Anyway... your sister seems to have ended up in the future, in a competition, and you must go too..." he said.
"Why?" Tom asked, but felt he needed to elaborate. "Why is my sister in the future. How did she get there? Why is she in a competition? And why should I care?"
"You ask a lot of questions, don't you?" the man said, prompting multiple laughs with the men around him.
"Well... I didn't think it was so funny" Tom quoted again accidentally.
"Look... we don't have time, and we're forcing you to go. All we need to do is hand over the suit to you!" the leader said.
"What suit?" Tom wondered.
"This one..." the leader said, and he took out a remote from one of his pockets. Clicking a button, a suit about Tom's size appeared right in the room, seemingly have teleported.
"Interesting..." Tom said, and they pointed at the suit, gesturing for him to try it on.
Tom came to the suit, and attempted to put himself in. It fit perfectly.
"I figured it'd fit," the leader said, and the men laughed again. Tom sighed, ignorant to their motives of laughter.
"What does it do?" Tom asked.
"Just say "suit instructions" out loud and the suit will tell you, but not now. Right now, you're going to step into the quantum gate." the leader said, pointing to a device with a porthole, which seemed to have appeared some time, although Tom had no idea when.
"Okay... I'll go, on one condition. Who in the name of the Queen are you guys?" he asked.
"Let's just say we're some men from the future, as part of a temporal protectorate. Does that suit you?" a man other than the leader spoke up.
"Yeah... I guess it does." Tom said, before walking towards the quantum portal.
"And sorry for the knock on the head... I know it hurt," the leader said, laughing manically.
"People in the future have an exceptionally odd sense of humour" Tom noted, stepping through the porthole.
Once he got to the other side, he noticed the completely green environment. And it looked like a bedroom.
"Wait... this is mine? SWEET! Love the color!" Tom said, throwing himself down onto the bed. The suit seemed to have not impeded his movement. Tom exhaled loudly in mild pleasure at the comfort of his bed.
Daniel sat on his bed, cross-legged, listening to Rammstein: Te Quero Puta, until his nanites reported that others were now wondering around the facility "Well, time to get going." he said as he pocketed the MP3 and dropped to the "ceiling" of his room, which used to be the floor, and walked out of his room, heading for the common room. Upon arriving, Daniel noticed someone on the couch, watching the TV. "I see I'm not the only one who got the idea to come here." Dan said, standing there with his arms crossed.
Zach was sitting quietly in the corner, flipping through pages of his book. He was scrolling the encyclopedia, looking for something interesting. He was halfway through 'poisonous mushrooms' when he heard the TV outside his room click on. The viewer had it on rather loudly, and Zach was quick to recognise the show. He snapped the book shut and pushed his glasses up. He stood and patted out the wrinkles in his T-shirt, and ran his fingers through his hair to remove any knots. Violently turning the knob so as to alrt any passerbys, he pushed the door open and walked at a quick pace down the hallway, inadvertantly slamming into Daniel.
Daniel was nearly knocked over by the guy who slammed into him, but he managed to catch himself. Whoever did that would pay. Daniel whirled around and grabbed the punk who slammed into him by the his shirt and pulled him up and slammed him against the wall. "Why don't yo watch where you're going, di'kut?" Dan said as he got right in his face.

Leyla grinned, not even bothering to question why the heck she was here. She had her computer again, and that was really all that mattered to her at the moment.
"Hee hee I can get online without being sneaky now!"
Fully concentrated on her computer screen, she shoved a piece of brown hair from her face roughly. She could tell something was wrong though immediately. Halting her typing, she frowned thinking.
"Wait......I can think clearly......where the heck is my brother? And.......my characters are awfully quiet. What's going on here?"
Finally realizing her situation, she made a mental note to never EVER talk to strange bots again. No matter how hard she tried, she couldn't contact a single one of her characters in her head.
"Whoa.....maybe they just left......now I'm all alone..."
Sighing, she sadly turned off her computer, no longer in the mood.
Lilly
Lilly stared out into the hall for a moment.
No vessel here......
Growling, she smirked a bit.
But I can find you
Sniffing the air once, she began to explore. She didn't really question why she was out, or where she was. She had been in worse situations before really.
"Now.....if I were a dumb vessel......."
She turned the corner sharply, pondering to herself.

Zach dropped his book as his assailant pinned him to the wall. Reaching up, he pushed his glasses up, and immediately recoiled. "Dude, I'm sure there has to be a box of tic-tacs in this place somewhere. Lemme get them for ya." Zach kicked the boy's knee and kicked him into the wall, pressing his foot into Daniel's chest to make sure he didn't move. "Look, my best guess is that the supid competition we signed up for has started." Zach leaned in closer, his foot still on Daniel's chest,"and I'm confident violence is a sure way to get kicked out of this place. Now I know neither of us wants to get sent home on the first day, so back up, and accept my apology." Zach stepped back, picked up his book, and walked into the other room, taking a seat next to Eric.

"Wait, there's actually a suit release catch, might be useful later on" Tom noted. He immediately said suit instructions, and a holographic tutorial played. Once it had finished, Tom knew everything he needed to know. Wasn't too hard...
"I wonder what's beyond the door..."
Tom got off his bed and walked out of the room. He decided to leave his bag, hoping it wouldn't get stolen.
After sliding the door panel and walking through, a beautiful alien landscape revealed itself to him. It seemed he was in some sort of resendential district.
"This competition seems like something a little more complex than the average annoying reality show."
Tom headed for the gardens, before he something that caught his eye.
At the sound of her name, Sara turned. "AJ? Dude, you're here, too? Sweet." Just then, the sounds of the scuffle in the common room reached them, and Sara cocked her head before going to investigate. Once she got there, though, she realized that it was just a couple boys being stupid. The TV caught her eye, though, and she recognized the factory filled with broken glass.
-Eric-
Just as the girl sat down on the other end of the couch, Vasili Zaitsev lunged from his hiding place, shooting the German major in the hand while he was blinded. "That's when Zaitsev killed him in real life," the girl said, her eyes fixated on the screen. "It's when Danilov was shot, too - in the shoulder, not the head. Hollywood overdramatized it for the sake of profit."
"I take it you're interested in World War Two?" Eric chuckled, looking her over. She was young, but he could tell from her proportions that she had stopped growing. She couldn't be too young, then.
Immesurable knowledge flashed in her eyes when she shot a grin at him, as well. "WWII and the Revolution. I'm something of a history nut. I'm Sara, by the way." She saw the Coke, and her eyes widened. "Whoa, those are glass bottles. I haven't seen those in years."
"Have one," Eric smiled, handing her a bottle. "And I'm Eric."
Daniel was fuming. That chakaar!Who the hell does he think he is!? He's find a way to get back at that punk, in the mean time, he'd just relax and watch the TV. Daniel walked over to the couch and sat down.
Sara eyed the guy who had just sat down. He was so tense that she could actually see his muscles knotting, but she could tell that he was also making an effort to calm down. Talking about what had just gone down probably wouldn't help his mood, but Sara was curious, and she couldn't stand not finding out something she was curious about. "What happened, man?" she asked. "I came in at the end of it."
Frowning, Lilly noticed alot of people nearby. She growled lightly, not really wanting to deal with those idiots. She just wanted to find that Vessel so she could cause some trouble.
What a weird bunch though......hmmm I recognize some of those people though. Vessel will me sooooo pumped. Joy, good thing I no longer have to deal with her when she's hyper.
She turned around again, opting for a different route.
But for how much longer?
Leyla
Frowning, Leyla sighed. She was lounging lazily on her bed, counting the dots on the ceiling.
How Boring.
Still, she couldn't get the empty feeling out of her stomach. She tried not to dwindle on it too much though, because it only served to make her more depressed.
She grinned lightly despite herself. This would most certainly be one of her most exciting adventure yet. Grabbing her iTouch, she began to flip through her playlist. Smirking, she puled out a pair of oversized Sony headphones. Once the iPod was turned on, and the volume turned way up, she placed the headphones over her ears.

Clan House Bot
"Attention... all competitors to be at the meeting room in half an hour. Your greeting will be uploaded to the TV, and first challenge will also be uploaded to the radio" the speakers within the expansive complex resounded.
She listened to the announcement and repeated it in her head so she would remember it. She walked on down the long hall and spotted something like a robot and human. Helena rubbed her glasses quickly with her jumper and put them back on. She stepped a bit closer and examined the two.
"Tom!" She realised and rushed to her brother and the robot.
Daniel turned his head to see who asked him the question. It was a girl wearing a burgundy hoodie with reddish brown hair. "Well, shabface over there ran into me and nearly knocked me over, so I picked him up off the ground and told him to watch where he was going then he kicked me in the knee and pinned me against the wall." He said as he jerked his thumb towards Zach.
She looked over the kid the guy had pointed out. "That kid?" she scoffed before turning back to the guy. "You're, like, twice his size. How'd he almost knock you over? Oh, hey, you got a name? I'm Sara."
Daniel shrugged, it was simple. "I didn't expect it to come form the little di'kut. Underestimating your opponent is one of the worst mistakes a warrior can make, it won't happen again. And my name is Daniel."
"I gotcha. It's nice to meet you Daniel," Sara replied, and surprisingly, Eric couldn't stand that she was talking to this kid.
"A warrior?" Eric snickered. "Excuse me, but you're, like, what? Fourteen? Fifteen? How can you call yourself a warrior? And you're calling that kid your opponent? Don't listen to him, Sara. It might inflate his ego too big for the room."
-Daniel- "Likewise." he said to Sara. Daniel scowled as Eric spoke up. Typical aruetii. Underestimating him just because of his age. "We Mandalorians begin combat training when we are only 6! And, even technically ALL my opponents, as I am yours."
"Mandalorians?" Eric asked. "That's from Star Trek isn't it?"
This was escalating, and even if fighting wasn't against the rules, she didn't like fighting. You're a very brutal pacifist. Did you know that? a voice in her head asked. But she shoved it aside and shoved herself between Dan and Eric on the couch. "Stop it, guys. Don't get in trouble on the first day."
Daniel sighed. This part of Earth-born Mando history was a little, strange. "No, Star Wars..." Dan sighed again. "The culture took up root here a few decades ago, at the start, no one took us seriously, until we started conquering entire countries. But the only reason you don't have your face crushed in right now is because I haven't overwritten those shabla bots yet." Dan crossed his arms and leaned back against the couch.
Sara sighed and leaned back against the couch as well. She wasn't happy, but from this proximity, with her leg barely inches from Eric's, it was impossible for his mind to not wander back to his assessment of her earlier. Young, but hot. She was just the kind of girl he liked to get his hands on...
Suddenly uncomfortable, Eric shifted his position and moved away from Sara just slightly. He had known her for all of five minutes. He didn't want to scare her off already. "When's that meeting thing supposed to happen? Twenty minutes, or something like that?"
