Daniel shrugged. "In all likelihood, it won't start until everyone gets here, the twenty minute warning was probably just there way of saying 'get in here or we'll keep whining'. Or something like that. Daniel turned to Sara. "So why are you here?"
"Well, since we've stopped expanding, this seemed the only way to keep myself busy. That, and I lost a bet..." Daniel's shoulders sank remembering this.
Leyla was so relaxed, that she had fallen asleep. Headphones and all. The blasting music way actually calming to her, and she wouldn't be awakened for awhile.
Lilly
Lilly sighed, exasperated.
Great, some idiotic meeting! WHY am I here again?
Frowning, Lilly decided it would be a good idea to just start busting into people's rooms.
Gotta find hers eventually.....
Grinning, she faced the first door and slammed her foot into it.
Dan sighed, it was kind of embarrassing "Well, I bet my vode that I could make a head-shot from 5 kilometers away... and, well, I only took the guys arm off. Granted, he bled out, but I didn't make the head-shot..." Dan shook his head.
Sara was wide eyed. "Five... kilometers? How the hell did you hit the guy at all??" Suddenly, she remembered why she had ventured out here in the first place, to find warmth. She had to confess, she had found it now, nestled between Daniel and Eric. Sara could feel her face burning, and wouldn't it be just her luck for that feeling to be accompanied by actual blushing for once in her life.

Tom
Tom turned in his suit, hearing his sister's annoying voice.
"Great... I found you... and why on EARTH would you sign up for a reality show in the future? I thought you'd be smarter than to end up in something that sounds like a badly-written fanfiction!" Tom said. He heard the call for the meeting.
"Heck, this might straighten things out... I'm certainly going, and you better come with. I don't want to have to waste more of my time scouting for you again... geez, I sure could use a computer right now. Oh wait... I have one..." he said, before retrieving a laptop that was slotted behind him within the suit.
"Thank you PC world repair... hello there Lappy!" Tom said, caressing the shiny machine and cradling it. He then opened it and noticed there was a single insecure network. There were other networks visible of types he had never heard of. On further inspection, it turned out these were ternary connections, a computational system not yet created in his time.
"Ah well, I'm so glad some people still use binary around here!" Tom said as he connected, although he ran a data transfer encryption protocol program to prevent the insecurity of the network from harming his PC.
Dan smiled, she didn't know about the nanites, did she? "Well, its kinda easy when you've got nanites running through you. They've even set up all kinds of systems and stuff in my brain, so i can see, hear, smell and even FEEL things better." Dan turned to look at Sara, and noticed she was blushing. "Uhhhm, you're blushing."
FFUUUUUUCCCKK........... "So?" Sara shrugged, trying to be nonchalant. Settling back against the couch, she turned back to the TV. "What, am I supposed to have deathly cold porcelain skin?" Eric caught her eye and smirked, and she felt her face go even redder. Leave it to her to completely lose her control on a reality show in the future...
Dan shrugged. "Well, considering that you're wearing a hoodie, I'd say your either always cold, or you're just attached to it, but I'm doubting the later..." Dan said as he smiled.
"I am always cold," Sara answered Dan, and Eric took her hand. Holy shit, it was freezing.
"Jeez," Eric hissed, taking both of her hands in his. "How are you even alive if you're this cold?"
"I don't know," Sara mumbled, ducking her eyes and blushing still deeper. She didn't pull away, though. This was new for Eric. Usually girls were mildly repulsed by him and his friends before they even got to know them. Sara actually moved a fraction closer to Eric.
Dan laughed, did this guy know nothing of the human body? "It's quite simple, really, The human body can vary in core temperature, and even the variance of a few degrees can result in being perpetually cold." Dan orered his nanites to get to work on a warming device, it only took a few seconds before it rose out of his palm. It was a small, cylindrical device that glowed a little. "Here, hold on to this for a little while, and you'll feel a LOT warmer."
"Whoa," Sara breathed watching the thing rise out of Dan's hand. "That is so cool..." A bit tentatively, she pulled her hands out of Eric's grasp and took the cylinder. It really was warm, and instantly, warmth spread up through her hands to the rest of her body. "Wow, thanks, Dan," she smiled, looking up at him.
Eric wrapped his arm around her shoulders, though, and the actual, physical touch felt so much better. "Your little gizmo'll warm her up in a few minutes," Eric was saying above her head. "I can warm her up now."
"Uhhm..." Sara had no idea how to deal with this, so she froze. It felt so good to be held like this again, but she didn't want to risk a fight with Dan... Sara, a voice in her head - it sounded like Kat - warned her. You've known both of these guys for a grand total of ten minutes. Don't be like Juliet with Romeo! And have you forgotten that you have terrible taste in guys? But... but she liked the guys she shouldn't...
Dan just glared at Eric. "That's possible, but I find it kind of rude to touch someone I just met, I mean, aren't you being a little, I don't know, forward?" Dan said as he crossed his arms.
Sara practically jumped out of his arms, turning to face him and Dan. "Okay," said as if collecting herself. She was still blushing, and she clung to Dan's little warmer thing so tensely that her knuckles were beginning to turn white. Her shoulders were practically up around her ears, but she faced them straight on and looked them square in the eye as she spoke. "Alright, as much as I think there's needs to be a tangible barrier between you two, I am removing myself - physically - from this. I'm not going to comment on whether it's polite to hold a cold stranger or not, but I am going to sit in the arm chair over here." With that, she sat down in the chair closer to Dan's side of the couch, curling up cat-like to hold the warmer to her body. "Please don't punch each other or anything," she pleaded before turning to the movie.
It was pathetic. Eric was a player back home. Girls meant nothing to him. This chick had been out his arms for thirty seconds, and already he was missing her. And the sudden, unfamiliar loneliness was turning into anger, anger towards Dan who had butted into Eric's conversation with Sara earlier. "Dick wad," Eric snarled too softly for Sara to hear, but loudly enough for Dan.
Dan immediately turned to Eric, hearing his comment and cocked an eyebrow. "What was that, chakaar? Care to speak up?" he said as he told his nanites to prepare some Mandolorian Crushgaunts.
He could feel the magic welling up in him, and he shifted his energy to be able to form an energy blade in the blink of an eye. "I called you a dick wad," Eric repeated, enunciating each word because, hey, the kid in all likelihood was an imbecile, "because frankly, I can't stand you. And what are you going to about it? Punch me?"
"Sonuvabitch," Eric gasped, falling to the ground. Blood gushed from his nose which was already healing thanks to an old pendant he had picked up in Salem a few years back. Gingerly, he set it before it healed crooked, and reeled again from the new wave of pain. "Dang, that was good. But now it's my turn." A sword of dark purple energy materialized in his hand, and he spun it expertly to get a feel for the hilt. It was different every time, but that was what he loved most about his blade. "Eat this," Eric snarled as he lunged for Dan's gut.
"Dear god in heaven. Sara what the hell did you get yourself into now?" Aaron asked coming into the room having heard the sounds of not only an argument but of a fist hitting bone.
~Zerb Having heard the sounds of a not only a girl being argued over but now being fought for Zerb decided that this chick must have been pretty hot or very interesting. Either way he was going to try and get in on this action.. if not at least try to be a gentleman about the whole thing. "What in the name of sam hill is going on here?" Zerb asked as he entered the room just behind this fellow who he thought was named AJ or Aaron or something like that.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
She frowned as her brother switched the laptop on. This was suppose to get him AWAY from it, meet new people; not giving him more time to do so! "God Tom, I thought this was going to help you! Now get off the computer or I'm going to switch it off for you," Helena said in a bossy tone and let her finger hover over the power button.
"Fuck! You guys, c'mon! Cut it out!" Sara tried to put some authority into her voice, but she knew that no one really took her seriously like that. She didn't want to step between them because they were big and she was small, but she had to do something, so she used her speed. Dropping down, she kicked Eric's legs out from under him, causing him to fall flat on his face. The break in his concentration caused his sword to dissipate, and Sara stood, glaring at both him and Dan. "Fuck dammit, guys. House rules say that people fighting will be stunned or vaporized. Do you want to die?!"

Clan House Bot
As a camera caught a fight breaking out, security bots were dispatched immediately.
Within a few seconds, a small bunch of four robots had come to the scene. Switching off their cloaking devices they began to analyze the threat level of the fight. If necessary, they would immediately seperate the two from combat by force.

Tom
"Don't even think about engineering anything here... you're no longer in protection of mom or dad. By dragging me into this, you have already pushed your luck, any attempt on my laptop, and I shall place you in temporary storage.
Tom took his beamer and scanned the wall of a building on his right side. Speaking a short command: "wall, variable size, composite", the suit immediately recognised the object's type and function, and stored it within his data-banks.
He snatched his laptop away from his highly annoying sister.
"Now I shall depart from you little demonic meathead, and don't attempt to follow." Tom said, before heading towards the meeting room. He ran pretty quickly as he was accustommed to when he was attempting to escape something.
He sat down and checked on new posts.
Boot
Boot had made his way to the meeting room, and was suprised it was nothing like that which he had predicted it to be.
"Interesting, the meeting is commencing ETA 27 minutes and 5 seconds. May as well power save..."
Boot increased the usage of his SIP and began to doze off with only major processes running within his system.
Dan only laughed upon seeing Eric fall on his face. But then he noticed the bots, though they posed no REAL threat to him. A few years back he'd hidden samples of his cells along with the nanites in several locations to ensure that he'd live, even IF his current body were to be completely destroyed. "Well, I don't know about him, but I can't stay dead for more then a few seconds, I have my ways of coming back." he shrugged. "So these bots don't really scare me."
"Well, congrats, asshole," Eric growled, picking himself up and trying not to look threatening. His pendant healed minor wounds quickly and moderate wounds slowly, but major wounds and death not at all. "Some of us have only one life to live."
~Sara~
The robots were watching her, too. Because I kicked Eric, she realized. Fuck dammit... Widening her eyes in a way she knew made her look innocent, she raised her hands and backed away from Eric and Dan slowly. "Um, the fight's over. We won't fight again." Hopefully...
Dan cracked up at Sara's statement. "I can't guarantee that, if he continues to irritate me, I'll kill him, as I don't truly care if I win this or not." Dan shrugged.
Dan chuckled at Sara's kick, it was funnier than it was painful. "They can shoot me all they want, Eric too, but you, they'd be fried before they got a lock on you." Dan said smiling.
