As Leyla shuddered back into semi-consciousness, Kat was trying to figure out why she couldn't see her own hands.

Ugh... stupid.. muttering, her wings grew smaller and smaller, until they were the size of butterfly's wings, and looked the part, floating just off her shoulderblades.

The invisibility she had transcended into in her depressed stupor didn't seem to reach the wings, so they rose and fell in space with her frustrated sniffles.
