"What the hell?" Sig said as he felt an abnormal amount of Hydrogen in the air. He headed towards the source of the hydrogen and it lead him to the cafeteria.
He noticed a lot of the first years hiding underneath the tables and running from the downpour of rain.
"What the hell is going on here!?" he called out loud noticing that the rain seemed to be coming from one student.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
"Eliza!" Matt glided over to the table she was sheltering herself with, and slid underneath in one move. He steadied himself, then noticed the strong currents leaping from her body, and one such bolt leaped out at his hand as he drew closer.
"Shit, that actually hurts.." He pulled his hand back, almost instantly healing the burns on his skin. "Hold still Eliza, I'll take the pain for you.." He knew she was in pain, not just from her whimpers, but the fact that her insides were charring. Her powers were going unchecked, and this was causing serious damage.
Matt shut his eyes and placed both his hands on her back, and a huge surge erupted from his palms as he did so, effectively burning away his eyebrows and what little stubble he might have had on his face. He felt his own hands burn as he used his mutuality aspect, taking the pain for her, as he said he would.
Slowly, the black receded from Eliza's vision. The pain was fading away as well. But, why? Had she discharged enough power to let the surges fade? Then she felt the hands on her back. Matt was healing her, taking the pain, but she could see that it was doing a number on him as well.
"God dammit..." she growled. She had to move quickly. It seemed like Eliza was alright as long as Matt was touching her, so she scooped him up in her arms and charged the taps on her heels. For a moment, the surge was too much, and Eliza shot forward faster than she had planned, but that actually worked to her advantage because instead of taking two seconds to get out of the cafeteria, it only took one.
Once they were out of the rain, Eliza sat Matt against the lockers then backed away. The water had chilled her, and now she held herself, shivering. But she didn't look away from Matt. "P-p-please, be a-a-a-alright..." she breathed, feeling absolutely useless.
Matt was on the verge of conciousness, but he felt the rain assault his face as he and Eliza rushed from the cafeteria.
"P-p-please, be a-a-a-alright..."
Matt tried to say something, but his throat had collapsed. He could barely breathe, let alone console someone. He manadged to move his head, a sign he was still alive. His left eye had shut down, and his right eye was blurred so much it might have been totally black.
I don't think I can heal fast enough.. I'm running out of air.. I can't breathe! I can't--! My head.. spinning. Focus, DAMMIT! FO..cus..
His hands flickered with a gold light, but soon enough they faded back to thier normal skin tone, only his fingernails had returned. He tried to move again, but only slumped onto the floor.
Matt lay gasping against the wall. Eliza looked around frantically then screamed, "Mr. Johnson!" Ah, crap, that fucktard was right there in the cafeteria. Ken had only come back for a slice of pizza and had found this clusterfuck. It seemed to be the fault of that one girl, Grace.
But now what do to? Ken could walk away. That would be quick and easy. That Matt kid, though, had something to be gained from. Ken's mind flashed back to when he had fought with the bitch before. Yeah, Matt had thrown some pretty serious pain back at him, but for a second, the pain was gone. Matt had mentioned something about mutuality. The kid had taken the pain from Ken. And it had felt good.
So now, Matt wasn't looking too good. And it seemed that Eliza couldn't really help him. Well, neither could Ken, but he could help Matt help himself. Matt was fading and once he passed out, he would probably be down for the count, but sometimes all it took to stay awake was a nice little shock. So Ken pinched him on the inside of the elbow. It wasn't much. Alright, it was much, but really just enough to pull Matt back from unconsciousness.
Ken was about to walk away when he glanced back at Eliza. She was soaked, and it was quite obvious that underneath her white blouse, underneath her black bra, Eliza was freezing. But it wasn't the nipply atmosphere or Eliza's wet T-shirt contest look that caught Ken's eye. It was the terrified expression on her face. The porcelain doll was cracking. And it was hot. So Ken did walk away, but first, he pinched Eliza on the ass.
Grace's consciousness shuddered away from the two intruding ones, as well as that of her "Teacher."
"Oh, how positively annoying, students interrupting my Daughter's training." Velliety's voice cut from Grace's lips.
"Get out of her head, please children, or I might just have to utilize her brain cells to fight you out, and then all of her learning will have been for naught." Grace's mouth shivered into a malicious grin.
"You don't want sweet little sidekick to end up just a pretty little rag doll, now do you?"

Zenith
Zenith’s eyes widened and he took a small step backwards.
“What the hell? Daughter…? Training…?”
Zenith couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Grace didn’t sound like she usually did at all. She sounded like she was possessed by someone…or something. Zenith knew that Awa was still standing, or really floating, nearby, but he didn’t dare tear his eyes away from Grace.
The loud stamping of boots was heard down the hallway, followed by the light tapping of dress shoes. A large, burly man emerged from around the corner, followed by skinny, obviously younger man, fussing with the tie around his neck.
"There's no need for you to come down here, Nick." The younger man said, yanking off his tie and stuffing it into a pocket on his jacket. "A few rowdy students isn't that big a problem.."
"Wrong, sir. Sources say there are four 'omega-level' students in the area, and we--"
"Gifted, Nick. We aren't Xavier's, we call them Gifted students."
"Four 'Gifted' students in the area, and one of them is having a breakdown, another one is dying."
"The dying one, what are his abilities?"
"His name is Matt, codename Mygdala. His powers are biological manipulation and matter disintegration. He passes through whatever the object is, and it crumbles."
"The mental one?"
"Grace Gellespie, AKA Velleity. Simple magic. We classify her as a 'Gifted' student whenever she has a breakdown like this."
"Both can be dealt with easily."
Principal Ordinis stood in front of Mygdala. He quietly assesed what was wrong, it was obvious the boy was trying to heal himself. This would come to his advantage.
He knelt down and tapped the boy on the forehead. where it contacted, there was a flicker of light, then nothing. He watched for a moment, counting the seconds in his head. Suddenly Matt's whole body lurched, and glowed blindingly gold, the color spreading from his fingertips till it enveloped his entire being. He sat straight up, wheezing progressing into gasping, then to relaxed breathing.
"How did I.. What did?" Matt asked Ordinis, flustered.
"Pleasure to meet you, Mygdala, I am your Principal, Dr. Ordinis. If you'll excuse me, we have another problem on hand.." He turned and entered the cafeteria, instantly getting soaked.

"Nice to see you decided to show up Dr. Ordinis." Sig said as he began to seperate the hydrogen from the Oxygen in the water since it was starting to flood the area and some genius hadn't put drains big enough to let out such an amount of water.
"You'd think with all the students we get the cafeteria would have the ability to get rid of large quantities of water." Sig chuckled to himself as he sent the hydrogen molecules out of the school building through the air vents as to prevent a huge flare up from the amount of hydrogen.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
Eliza had jumped at the pinch on her pie. She knew that type of pain. Ken was near by. But then the principal rounded the corner. He tapped Matt on the forehead, and then Matt was better. "Thank God..." Eliza sighed, dropping to her knees and laughing almost hysterically with relief. Then the smile faded. Nervously, she pushed a lock of her soaking hair back from her face. "Matt, I'm... I'm so sorry... If I had known it was going to rain, I wouldn't've... It's my fault... I'm sorry..."
Awa's eyes shifted to look at Zenith for a moment, then flickered back to Grace.
"....vaguely.....Gigi never liked to talk about these things much....I respected her privacy. However, I fell some sort of power trying to reach out to her. I'm not sure where its coming from, or even how to locate it. It seems she's getting angry about the intrusion, so I don't think I should intervene."
No matter how much I want to....
Her mind was open, she called out to the unknown force to warn him or her of the danger. Then she focused in Grace.
"Gigi....snap out of it...."
She knew it would be dangerous to invade her mind, so she merely sent her worry to Grace and stared. She'd have to think on her feet from now on.

Zenith
Zenith nodded in understanding.
“I see… Yeah, I doubt that any of us should intervene and you would know what to do a lot better than I would anyway. You’ve known her longer than I have; I just started talking with her today.”
As much as he wanted to help Grace, there really wasn’t much that he could do except being present, but not actively do anything. It would be foolish of him to act on something that he had absolutely no idea how to handle or what to expect. It would be like going up against all the world’s villains wearing a blindfold. All he could do now was make sure that no outside forces interfered with the situation unless they could potentially help.
Sig stopped moving molecules since he had moved most of the water out of the area for now, but it would most likely come back in a little bit. He walked over to the student who's name he believed was Eliza.
"Are you ok?" He asked as he squatted down to make sure she was ok, since it had looked like with the electrical force she used had backfired on her when the down pour had begun.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
Eliza, still shivering, looked up at Mr. Johnson. "Y-yeah. I a-a-am n-now." Then she realized how she looked. An embarrassed blush crossing her face, she stood and stepped away from Matt and Mr. Johnson, so as not to hurt them accidentally. Then she charged the air around her with electricity, being careful to not actually touch any of it. The heat from the building electricity dried her clothes and hair, though now loose strands of hair floated lazily out from her. Thanks, static electricity.
Calming her hair and regaining her composure, Eliza began to unconsciously float a few inches off the ground. "What's happening to Grace?" she asked Mr. Johnson. "Will she be alright?"
"Don't worry about shocking me, Eliza. Last thing I touched was rubber and I didn't let it go yet. As for what is going on with Grace, I'm not sure, though I'm sure Dr. O over their knows what is. I would guess however that she will be fine however." Sig said as he evaporated some more of the water clearing out the excess hydrogen and oxygen as to not over load the rest of the student population from too pure oxygen.
"So do you and your boys have some sort of idea as to what to do Dr. O?" Sig asked not turning his head to look at the principal.
I'm not a nazi!... I'm a hamster with food in my cheeks!
"Well, Siegrfried, I was just going to suppress her, but I think I might let the other students calm her down. If they can't, be sure to minimalize casualties, and once I'm through, get her and the nurse to the detention room. Nick, call in. I want them to postpone the bell to switch class. It wouldn't help to have all of our students in the hallways."
"Sir" Matt approached Dr. Ordinis, tapping him lightly on the shoulder.
"Yes?"
"The nurse has left for the day. She had a few problems at home."
"Ah, yes, that's right. Well then.. Standby. If Grace dosen't calm down, we'll escort you to detention."
"Yes, sir." Matt retreated back to the wall, trying to stay out of the cafeteria this time.

Azianman
Li was hit by a massive surge of energy but it suddenly subsided.
Yes, there was definitely something wrong.
----------
Get out, get out of my- !
What the... now there's MORE of you?
"Oh, how positively annoying, students interrupting my Daughter's training." another voice cut from this girl's lips.
"Get out of her head, please children, or I might just have to utilize her brain cells to fight you out, and then all of her learning will have been for naught." the girl's mouth shivered into a malicious grin.
"You don't want sweet little sidekick to end up just a pretty little rag doll, now do you?"
----------
"If I may ask so... prudently, who might you be and what kind training do you call this?" Li prompted the second voice. The one that seemed to be the center of the storm. Li could only wonder at how it must feel with so many consciousnesses within her head, the girl must be extremely weary. "As to your empty threat, I extremely doubt your abilities to force me away, for I am not completely here; I am not a full consciousness but a shadow of one, heh, it would be hard to push away something that isn't really there you see?"
Li asked the second and the apparent primary consciousness, Are you alright? Who are you and what exactly is plaguing you?
There was someone else, a questioning entity probing at his consciousness trying to contact him; he ignored it for the time being feeling it wasn't important.

You lost the game over 9000 times. </3 Dick Cheney.
Grace's conciuosness whimpered at Azianman's prodding.
Get out... it isn't safe.. She'll kill you, she'll..
Silence, Child! Do you want to be killed as well? I only want to help you Learn. Velliety's conciousness seemed to snarl in frustration.
"Did I not say to leave. The child. BE?! For this, I will bring a wrath upon you the likes of which you've never seen." The malicious grin on Grace's face became a snarl of rage, as flames began to lick at her feet. The torrential rain got even harder, turning to hail as winds whipped Grace's hair across her face, leaving red marks.
The look on her face was so purely cruel that it was obvious that whoever it was that was inhabiting Grace's mind didn't have a care for her well being.
Awa glared, whatever was inside Grace at the moment was hurting her. She wouldn't stand for that, the minute Grace's well being was put in danger she knew she had to react. Narrowing her eyes, she stared straight at Grace in order to form some sort of connection with her before everything stopped.

Zenith
“OW!”
Zenith was getting pelted with hailstones and they were hurting quite a bit.
“So, you want to play rough, do you?” he glared at ‘Grace’. “Well, whoever you are inside Grace, she’s not the only one with those powers!”
Zenith twirled his hand and a steady wind was created at his feet as it quickly swirled its way up to his head. He was instantly dry from the pounding rain and his wind was diverting the swirling hailstones coming from Grace and pulling them into the vortex of his own mini-tornado. He really didn’t want to use his own hailstones on her or even the ones that came from her, but if things really started to escalate out of control he wouldn’t have much choice.
Everything inside Grace's mind stilled. Velliety froze, and the look on Grace's physical face was one of shocked anger.
Slowly, the hail became rain, and the winds died down. The rain petered out and the fire that had begun to consume Grace's body gradually flitted back to her feet and calmed until they finally blew out from the force of Zen's little tornado.
What..?
The constant struggle that Grace had kept up with Velliety had suddenly ceased and niether of them could "move."
Grace's body dropped silently to the ground and her eyes clouded over, the lack of available concious connection with her mind leaving her body practically comatose.
"Ha ha! There we are! Matt, fetch her. And, uh, call some janitors, Nick. Mops. Lotsa mops." Dr. Ordinis stepped into the cafeteria, and eyed the damage. Then he looked from Awa to Zenith, and beckoned them both with a sharp tilt of his head.
Matt scrambled through the cafeteria, slipping on the ice and water and whatever debris there was. He carefully picked Grace up, and forcefully shut her eyes. Better she wake up without dry, itchy eyes. He stumbled out of the cafeteria, and Nick pointed him in the direction of the detention room.
OOC: I'm not sure about the interpretation of Mao's post, but I'll roll with it.
Awa
Awa winced, falling to the ground. Before she knew it, she was back to being Awa, her transformation dissolving as she fell. She blinked, intrigued that she could only half see. She pondered the meaning, then realized the half of her must be somewhere else.
Stuck....I'm stuck.....
Whimpering, she noticed the Principal beckoning her over. Chilled, she stumbled over to him but not before noticing Matt with Grace.
"Gigi...what are you doing with her?"
She focused her good eye into a slight glare, warning Matt. Her other eye felt numb, it was useless. She tried calling out.
HELLO? ANYONE THERE!?
She was so confused, where were they going to take Grace? What did the Principal want with them?
"I'm sorry to have to make you walk, but I want you to join Matt with Grace in the detention room. I believe you are a friend of her's correct? Don't answer. Just have Nick take you to the detention room." He beckoned her over to Nick, and patted her lightly on the back.

Azianman
It worked. It actually worked!
Li couldn't believe it would work, his father had told him this power worked on everything in an area but not like this... stopping everything on the astro-plane placing even thoughts on hold.... amazing.
Now where was I? Li said( Li thought? )
Ah Yes! Now that I have your undivided attention About this... "training" Li performed a mental air quote.
HELLO? ANYONE THERE!? someone spoke out (thought out?) weakly.
Oh. The other one... I must have caught her in here as well. Recognizing the other consciousness that was prodding at his mind moments ago. She was must have some potential to be able to let off that out of mind thought, then again... this power never guaranteed anything.
Sorry about that, this out of body... well I guessing only half out of body Li saw from his mind's view of the cafeteria a girl with only a faint presence indicating a incomplete detachment from the body.
Here allow me to... Li moved what was her consciousness outside of his Area of Effect so that she may return fully.
Okay, now again... Li unfroze Grace's consciousness Alright, ... now if you would please tell me what is going on? Why the odd weather... indoors, and who is this? Li indicated the other consciousness.

Zenith
At first, Zenith didn’t know what happened. One moment, the wind and hail were whipping around Grace at high velocity and the next, she was slumped on the floor. He calmed his winds and the hailstones fell to the floor where they quickly melted.
“Umm…what happened…?”
A quick glance at Awa showed that she had transformed back to her usual self. She looked dizzy as she stumbled over to the Principal who had beckoned the both of them over to him. He was about to follow her when he noticed Matt pick up Grace and carry her out of the cafeteria.
“Hey! Where the hell do you think you’re going with her?!”
Before Zenith could make a move, Matt had disappeared with Grace and with the twisting corridors that made up the school, it would be next to impossible to find them.
“Dammit…”
He had no choice now but to ask the Principal what was going on. He rounded on him angrily.
“Matt is taking Grace to the detention room? And why do you want us to go there? We didn’t do anything wrong!”
The Principal was talking to Awa at that point and then patted her on the back. Zenith caught her to keep her from stumbling in her dazed state as the Headmaster motioned them to a man standing nearby.
Awa was confused, really confused. Why were they going to the detention room? She heard people talking, but nothing was really clear to her at the moment. All she knew was that she couldn't leave Grace alone. Still, she was still very incapable of doing anything in this....half state. She moaned slightly, blinking at the blurred images of Nick, the principal and Zenith. She was greatful when she realized that she was no longer stumbling over. It seemed that Zenith had caught ahold of her, though she was too distracted to notice for sure.
"T-thanks..."
Suddenly, she heard voices in her head. She was pretty sure that they belonged to the person interfering with Grace. She felt herself returning to her body again, but desperately called out.
NOOOO! Let me in!
She had no idea who this was, but she knew letting anyone else into Grace's head was a mistake. Even she had never dared to venture her friend's mind. She blinked, cursing.
"Damn that guy......"

Matt lowered Grace gently on the cot laid out for her in the detention room. She was still breathing, laxed and constant, but at a substantially slower rate than would be normal for a person. Her body was thinking it was saving the trouble, but Matt knew the oxygen depravation would damage her brain, heart, all sorts of important body parts.
"Time to convince the body otherwise.." He placed his hands over her chest, and his whole body glowed brightly, his now-gold skin reflecting the intensity of his concentration.
I'm becoming more and more like my dad, but at a faster rate. The gold skin, the shirking, the signifigant lady-friend..
But I'm not like him. I will never be a war-monger like him. And I will never be a killer like him.
Grace's breathing got faster, finally achieving a normal rate.
